    Johnnie Walker wanted us to create a digital showpiece for their circuit lounge

    Diageo wanted to create an innovative digital show piece that highlighted their new Johnnie Walker Gold Label at the Grand Prix Circuit Lounge.

  • solution

    Using RFID technology, we created a digital touchscreen for guests to customize and order their cocktails. The order is then sent to the bar where the JW mixologist will prepare the cocktail. We also build in a social media feature to allow guest to share their experience on social media. Flavour Lab was a tablet version of the Drink Builder. It was an automated drink order system that allowed customers to order their drinks over the device and have the order sent to the bar.

    Drink Builder accounted for over 40% of all the drink orders at the event.
