We launched a toll-free number 1-800-547-8227 where trained volunteers assist callers in connecting with nearby orphanages, age-old homes, NGOs, of their choice asking them to make a call or schedule a visit and spread the light of goodness. We created awareness about the toll-free number through an emotionally engaging digital video, through keyword mapping through all the websites that targeted everyone who typed ‘Happy Diwali’, and through select influencer collaboration.
